Q: How do you print your custom apparel?

T-shirt transfer paper is the most popular method so far, but we proudly offer a variety of different printing options that we utilise depending on each customer’s personal preference, type of design, and budget.

Q: How do I ensure a proper fit of clothing?

We provide garment spec sheets for most of the products in stock including specific measurement based on product size (body width, sleeve length, body height).
We recommend you to compare these measurements to a garment that you generally wear.
You may request a sample shipped to you as well. Find out more about fitting on our resource page.

Q: Can I upload my artwork?

Yes! If you have your pre-made design and don’t want to utilise our design tools, you can upload it directly to the studio, size it the way you want, and proceed to check out!

Q: How can I be sure that my design will be centred?

Each design gets reviewed and edited by a real person. We focus 100% on quality, colors, and image centring. Design never goes into production without your approval of the final version.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No! We proudly work with everyone: individuals, groups, companies, and organisations. Whether you need to print one piece of garment or thousand, we’re happy to help.
We do not charge any setup fees.

Q: Which file format should I submit the artwork files?

We can handle any file format, but we prefer Adobe Illustrator files. If submitting a raster file (.jpg, .png), we prefer high resolution. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better.

Q: Do you provide samples of clothing with print?

Of course! All orders include a virtual sample, prepared by our professional graphics department – together with all of your order details and for no extra charge.

Q: Can I print trademarks?

Unfortunately, that’s a big no. We’ll go to the moon and back for our customers, but printing known trademarks are highly illegal. That said, every customer is responsible for the originality of his design, and we refuse to print trademarks. If you need help with a design or want to create something inspired by a design or look you saw somewhere, our graphic artists love challenges and will be more than happy to help.

Q: How should I wash my apparel?

Garment labels contain helpful instructions for washing your clothes. These instructions are intended primarily to protect the fabric and stitching of the garment itself. Once you’ve customised your apparel with your unique design, you’ll want to keep that design looking new and vibrant for as long as possible.

Here are some helpful tips:
Turn garments inside-out before washing and drying. Set a washing machine at as low a temperature and as gentle a cycle as possible. If you use a clothes dryer, set a lower temperature. Don’t iron directly on the print or custom-embroidered areas. Avoid bleach and other harsh detergents. Please read and follow any other care instructions on the garment tags. You can also check other sections of this page and find tips about digital printing and embroidery.

Q: Can I make changes after placing an order?

Yes, you need to log into your account and view your order. You have an option to leave a note requesting the change (such as style, size or even the whole design). Please do this as soon as possible (within a few hours of your design) as once we have started printing the T-shirts we are unable to make changes.

Q: I want to print on a sleeve. Is that possible?

Yes! If you want to print somewhere outside of the standard front and back print areas, it’s no problem: Finish the rest of your design, save it, and before checking out, give our Project Specialists a call at +352 27 86 19 02.
They’ll pull up your order, make the necessary art changes, and even send you a final proof for your approval before the order goes into production.

Q: Do you have a storefront?

No, we work 100% online. Therefore, we make every attempt to make shopping at our online store a pleasant and effortless experience.

Q: I ordered an item that is now out of stock. What happens now?

In this case we will contact you immediately. You can choose another product and you will not pay anything more.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Please keep in mind that if you select bank transfer the order will not be processed until funds have cleared (this can take up to 5 days with some banks) so if you need your order in a hurry it may not be the best option.
Also note that all the costs related to an international bank transfer, including the costs charged to the recipient, should be covered by the buyer. Otherwise, the order will not be deemed as fully paid, which may result in the production being delayed.

Q: How much will my order cost?

The cost of an item depends primarily on what kind of garment you are ordering, how many garments you’re ordering, how many areas you want to print on and how many colours are printed on each area.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do. Here’s our current discount pattern for Transfer printing.
2 – 4 items = 5% off
5 – 9 items = 10% off
10 – 20 items = 15% off

Q: I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

If you have not received your parcel within five working days you may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. If you still have doubts, you may send us an email at info@teeplus.lu and we will assist you further.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Ordinary production time is four business days due to a large number of orders. Please note that some items are ordered directly from the manufacturers. From time to time, these may be out of stock and thus affect production or delivery times. In this case, we will inform customers within a few days to let them know their expected delivery time.

Q: Where are you currently located?

We are 100% Luxembourgish company headquartered in a small city called Bettembourg and we deliver to all regions in Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Q: Can I collect my order personally?

At the moment, we don’t offer self-pick-up option, but it’s one of our goals in the close future.

Q: What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns on customised orders unless there is a printing error that differs from the approved design proof. If a printing error occurs, we will reprint your order or give you the full refund on your purchase.
