We are committed to delivering quality apparel with the same designs that you have created on the Site. Our team reviews each order carefully before it goes into production. We may call or email you if we see something that looks out of the ordinary.

If delivered custom apparel differs materially from what you have created on the Site or if garments are deficient (e.g., holes, tears, stains), please contact us within five days of receipt. If we agree that there is a material difference or deficiency, we will reprint your order promptly at no additional charge to you or refund your purchase price.
If you make a mistake with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss options which are reasonable and positive for all involved.

In some cases, we may ask you to ship your order back to receive a refund.
Any goods returned to us cannot and will not be resold. In order to contribute to sustainability, we donate the majority of returned goods to our chosen charities such as Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise which are recycled or redistributed for the community.

We do not cover shipping costs to return. Please contact us at +352 27 86 19 02 before making any return so that we can process your return promptly and efficiently. You may also email us at info@teeplus.lu.

Please remember to review your design and product size chart before placing your order as each order is customised and cannot be resold.

For whatever reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased originally from our website TeePlus.lu. The following conditions must be met:

All items must be in their original packaging including intact product tags. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition. Originals receipts have to be included.

If none of the conditions mentioned above are met, we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless of items which have been shipped back to us.

1 The validity of exchanges & returns:

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within ten days of the invoice date for Luxembourg.
All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made online at www.teeplus.lu.

2 Exchanges & returns online

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Kindly print and fill up the Exchange/Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange.

2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready. Generally, the processing period is five working days upon receipt of your parcel.

2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly nonrefundable, nonexpendable, nonexchangeable for cash and nonexchangeable. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online only and cannot be used in our Retail boutiques.

2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a single transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.

2.7 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be provided for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

2.8 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, teeplus.lu will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of teeplus.lu.

Just in case that’s not enough, no design goes into production and not a single garment gets printed without your approval of final proof. You have final say on everything, and we won’t do anything without your expressed permission.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.4 TeePlus makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability.
